Why is that sticked post in Feedback by Achilles locked?

The first post wasn't edited to say anything on the matter, and the last post is people talking about Coven.
I know what I'm doing, generally, but I have no grace at all when things start to spin out of control.
I'd like to address the latter part, but I wouldn't know the first thing about that.

That one yeah.
Taking that as accurate, would it not have been better to have the last post be a notification of that being the case? I can't say I'm convinced.

I believe that the survey was deemed as "over" for now and thus it was locked.
