Upon closer inspection, it looks like they both might be out of whack depending on who is doing it, their timezone, etc.

Will look into it, but can't promise anything. If I recall, the reason these were hidden were because they were broken to begin with, but I'll see if I can work any sorta magic.

Working fine, I just tested on the main browsers as well as mobile. As it says in the tooltip, make sure the time entered is UTC and not your local time.
