Question about appealing

Is there anyway to repeal a ban on your account? Ik I’ve been banned for inappropriate name usage but I wonder if there is anyway to try appeal if there isn’t I understand.

There is the appeals board: viewforum.php?f=40
But please keep in mind that if the report is valid, then your appeal cannot be appealed.
