To get straight to the point, I have had my account suspended for about 3-5 days now and I’m not exactly sure why. There are no reports filed against me so can I at least get some clarification on what’s going on?

Yeah? It says that you can purchase premium to continue playing. Then is it restricting me from playing because I’m not using a premium account? That’s really messed up if that’s true

It means someone on your IP (or IP range, I forgot which) had been banned/suspended previously so you will have to likely buy premium or wait up to a week. This is what I've seen, is all.

If a player is suspended, that IP is banned from free play for 24 hours, if they are permanently banned, then that IP is banned from free play for 1 week.

This is to help with immediate ban evasion from free users to continue to troll. This only affects free users though.
