All any = No (Unless only evil faction left is Mafia)
Ranked, Ranked Practice, Town Traitor = Yes

Basically any gamemode where witch can win with only 1 faction, I.e. Mafia, then yes it is considered gamethrowing.

But, what if there is only 1 faction that the witch can side with? Like in ranked.... The witch is allowed to out all of the mafia during last words or even on trial? Seems a bit ironic that the witch cant be reported for harrassment, in this case, whereas mafia can reported for lynching the witch in a clear evil majority.

Mafia can only be reported for lynching the witch if they do it purely "for the lols".

If a Witch is already found guilty, they have no chance of winning, why would they need to protect the mafia who may very well have been at the foot of their loss?

So basically, if youre maf in ranked, you shouldnt be giving the witch any information at all? Technically theyre not in your faction, so revealing who the mafia are to witch (who may backstab them for no other reason than ''because they can'') would technically be gamethrowing. I highly doubt a mafia trying to work with witch, would be at the foot of their loss.... If witch got outed, then why wouldnt maf vote, if town had overwhelming majority?

If this is the case, then hanging witch ''because they can'' should not be considered harrasment as witch is quite allowed to force a mafia loss for no reason at all.
