Rapipago isn't working?

Today I tried to buy one of those sales via Rapipago (one of the methods availables in my country), but the system didn't work and I kept getting a message saying "important: the transaction couldn't be completed". Do you have any idea of why this is happening?

You'd have to contact them. BMG doesn't handle payments at all.
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.
