Trying to change email but the provided site won't let me

I am trying to change my email account thats connected to this one and ultimately to my town of salem account that has my backer stuff from supporting the card game on kickstarter, but the website that I am trying to log into won't recognize the password for my email account even though I just changed it and use the same password to log into here. Could I please get some help with this?

To change your e-mailaddress, there is no site.

You need to e-mail the devs at support@blankmediagames.zendesk.com and provide them proof of ownership, like receipts.
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.

You may PM me for clarifications on appeal verdicts, but keep in mind the verdict will not change.
