Kick starter rewards seem to be gone

Hello,

Back in 2014 i backed this game and got the patron reward. I was wondering if there was a change to the town points system where i am not getting unlimited points any more. I tried opening a support case and heard nothing back for a month. I was wondering when the change happened and if there is someone i need to do to re-redeem the code for it.

Hi there Austinisftw.

The “unlimited Town Points” is the Devs’ way of saying they’ll give you a bunch of TP (it’s never really unlimited), at the end of every month to replenish your supply, in case you’ve gotten close to using it all. If you have used it all, you’re able to email them and they’ll get around to giving you more Town Points.

In regards to the opening a ticket, are you sure you have emailed support@blankmediagames.zendesk.com, whitelisted the BMG email alias, and checked your Spam/Junk folders?

If so, can you give me your ticket number that was assigned to you, and I’ll let the CM know to look for it?
