About abnormal disconnections

Is there any chance I can still get a win if I get that bug? Or do I get a loss?
Why does that bug happen? When is it going to be fixed?

I heard that this could be caused by the usage of a vpn. When this occurrs I beleive you are counted as disconnected and treated as such.

But I don't use a VPM...
Also, I thought leavers got a loss after disconnecting.
I checked and I didn't get a win, a loss or a draw for the game with the abnormal disconnection.

Left games may not be counted by the stats iirc, yet they are somewhere recorded as a loss.

Considering if you leave a game and it counts as a loss, and there’s no way to track that, no.

As far as Abnormal Disconnects go, it would be helpful if you could provide your player log after encountering the disconnection. On the Login screen, open the burger menu (top left corner), select Settings, then click the Help tab. Make sure Enable Player Log is checked. After the you can tuck the burger menu away and try logging in. After the failure, in browser, go to Developer > Developer Tools on your browser, click the Console tab, then right-click on any of the items in the log and save the log to a file. Post the contents of that file to a file-sharing site and provide a link to the file in an email to the Developers. That’ll help tremendously.

Do I have to download the extension to do that?

The browser console is a building feature of every to me known browser, you can usually access it by the f12-key.
If you mean a different extension, please tell us which you mean.

It just tells me that the err is blocked by the client.
Nevermind, it works in the game. Is there any way I can access to logs from weeks ago, or do I have to wait until I have another abnormal disconnection?

I apologize the logs are cleared when started again afaik.
