Failed to authenticate my account to check my reports cause I changed my account name. It was Imsuspguy and now is Izzabellaxoxo. if you could help it would be awesome.

I've moved yoru thread to Ask Questions, as this is not a bug in the Trial System.
Also I've given out community Manager a heads up to process the namechange.
