People still speak Latin? I know that language existed, but I thought it faded out.

If you know a little Latin and English, you can figure out a majority of Romantic and Germanic languages.

Translating something back and forth will obviously have things lost in translation. You have yet to make a point.

It's good enough. When I took Spanish in high school to fulfill my foreign language requirement, I used Google Translate all the time and I was fine. My teacher was bad at teaching, so I kinda had to.

I can speak English, can say my names and some prayers in Hebrew, learning French, suck at Spanish, and can count and like 5 words in Japanese.

Hebrew names have two versions. The proper Jewish one, or the Hebrew one.

I read this in my head as "Count to 5 in Japanese" for some reason so here's counting to 10 from 0.
零(〇)一二三四五六七八九十。
Counting higher then that isn't too hard either.
11 is just 十一, 20 is just 二十, so on so forth up until 100, where it's 百, 千 at 1000, 万 at 10000, and you can find the rest because im lazy.
Of note: Instead of incrementing by every thousand like we do in the west, past 10000 numbers are grouped by myriads.

I can do it verbally, not written. Karate has good practice. I can like 1-30 with somewhat ease past that I forget like an idiot.

I've generally been focusing more on written stuff first, especially since learning via romanji isn't the best idea since it's not actually used.
れい(〇)・いち・に・さん・し (よん)・ご・ろく・しち(なな)・はち・く(きゅう)・じゅう is the hiragana for all of that if it helps. It's also not something you'll see often, as numbers written horizontally tend to just use Arabic numbers. (What you're already used to using.) There's also the set of formal numbers for 一二三, (壱弐参) that are generally used on legal/financial documents, because it's really easy to change 一 to 二.
rei (maru, said here simply as zero) ichi san shi (yon) go roku shichi (nana) hachi ku (kyū) jū is romanji if you need it.

Japanese is mostly stolen from Chinese.
If you learn the kanji in one language you are likely going to know a lot in the other.

I’d learn Arabic or something, but I’m too lazy to actually sit down and start learning a new language. Maybe later... in life...

Fluent in English.
I can understand written Spanish pretty easily in most cases (although I may need to consult a Spanish-to-English dictionary for a word or two if I get the sense that I'm missing an important piece of information). It's been a few years since I was in Spanish class, though, and I don't have any friends who are fluent in it or anything, so my ability to understand spoken Spanish and come up with responses on the spot is a little rusty.

...And I taught myself just enough French and German to be able to understand two online fanfiction stories featuring my OTP. To be honest, I'm still not fully sure whether I should be proud of that or embarrassed.
One of these days I'll do something cool with my signature. Just wait.

Or maybe not.
