Uh, do you see my rotating rand gif? It doesn't load on both this forum and on Universal Sig Rotator. Strange, Since I can load other imgur gifs. Plus, is Universal Sig Rotator supposed to look as if it were cached?

Do you have .png .jpg .gif or anything similar to that at the end of your imgur links?
