Just watched the Nintendo direct.
Spoiler: Sun and Moon are officially confirmed. However, there was little in the way of revealing much about them. It showed some concept work, but other than that, nothing much else was said, other than a "Holiday 2016 release", so guessing about Christmas time.

So yeah. Gen 7 hype.

Also talked about the Virtual console releases of Red, Blue and Yellow. They will be PokeBank compatible and can send Pokemon to Moon/Sun.

Personally, I liked Gen 6, but the story was pretty meh, and it was waaaaaaaaay too easy to level up.
