I'm with gob on this one. Stereotypes exist, get over it, they're there purely for generalization and no one other than a complete idiot takes them with more than a grain of salt. If you want to cry about it because you have no other problems and have to make up your own then that's on you, just don't expect other people to deal with your made-up fantasy words. I don't get on buzzfeed, tumblr, reddit, or any of the places morons regularly accuse me of browsing. The fact of the matter is that these stereotypes are literally invented. Gender roles have been around for millennia, and just because they have that precedent doesn't mean they're worthwhile.

Did I ever say they were worthwhile? It's arguable that they do historically have plenty of positive characteristics, I was rather obviously pointing out that the level of ridiculous movements and downright stupid complaints do not equate to the effect they have on anyone in a modernized society. The only reason it's such a big deal is because people have so few legitimate worries that affect them personally that they make mountains out of molehills with anything they even slightly think will impact them negatively.
The buzzfeed comparison only demonstrates how much you're avoiding the point, and the point is get a life.

When you're as vague as this, it's impossible to keep track of what you're even trying to say. What "movements" and "complaints" are you even talking about? Please don't tell me you're a meninist or some stupid shit.
