My most recent 5k, I was forced to run with my sister, and we got a 28 something. She stopped so many times, and I gave up on her by the end ;_;
Other 5ks I ran were all a few years ago, maybe 4-5.
Suprisingly, in track, I got two 6:11s and a 6:09
