What does it mean if someones account is in "Federal Jail?"

I tried to attack some random and that popped up when I tried to attack them (It said they were Ok on the profile)

Their account is pending deletion from either breaking the rules, or a request to a moderator.

The best gym in the game requires you to be drug free. This gym also takes literal years to obtain. Also, the only drugs that count are Xanax and Ecstasy. So, even if you want to go to the Sports Sciences gym, you can use pretty much any other drug!
