Hi!

Was recently banned on another account for gamethrowing while i was away on holiday, suspect my account got hacked during the data-breach and used to gamethrow.

Have tried to login to the forums using the same credentials as i use to login to the ToS game, also tried to re-send the activation e-mail, but i get the message:

"The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found."

Thing is I've only ever used one e-mail account, and I'm 100% sure this is the e-mail that i used to sign it up with, gotten a receipt from the steam-store for purchasing the game all the way back in 2013 to said e-mail adress.

Now I'm unsure how to get access to my banned account here on the forums, to see why, and when i was banned, in order to make an appeal on the matter, or if there is any way to find my report even though I'm not able to login using that account?

Any advice on how to further continue is of great appreciation

If you cannot reset your password, you'll have to email the developers. The split the forum and game login credentials, including emails, so their servers probably say the email your'e providing isn't the correct one.

Just be prepared to provide them with proof you own the account, after your respond to their automated message.
