Rules

1) Your account must have at least 30 official posts by the time I cut entries. By official I mean it saying 30 underneath your avatar on the side.

2) Your account must have been created before April 30th 2019. Anything after that point is void as I like to have accounts with some date to them.

3) IF I believe you're using an alt (and with mod help) I will give a warning and void both entries. Use only one account to enter.

4) Leave a post saying "/Join" so I know you actually want in. Just making a post doesn't mean I know if you want to join or not.

First game I'm showing off in the raffle is Slay the Spire. Highly recommend the game as I've put hundreds of hours into it. Roguelike dungeon crawler that plays as a card game. 3 classes to choose from (and I think there is a 4th on the way) with a unique trait to them each.

Ironclad can brute force mobs by using his own health to his advantage. He also has multiple cards that exhaust themselves or exhaust others making them good deck thinners. (exhaust = removed from combat that fight) It might not sound great to remove a card from our deck in a fight. But deck thinners are key to card games in general to improve your chances of getting the cards needed for that situation. (He can also bring an exhausted card back with another card)

Silent has multiple ways to draw the cards she needs and tools to assist her. She can improve her defense for the fight, poison enemies or even damage them by taking damage. You can play her in such a way that you never take damage and slowly rack up poison damage to take all the enemies out at once. Attack multiple times with free costing cards she can start with or gain by playing a defensive card. Or you could have a large hand by being able to hold cards for the next turn/s so you always have the card needed for the right moment.

The Defect has orbs as his unique trait. Think of them like minions that do something at the end of his turn. (or even the start with other relics/cards) Lightning orbs apply damage to a random enemy or all enemies with a certain power card. Frost orbs give him defense for the turn. Dark orbs improve in damage each turn but only deal damage when evoked or replaced by another orb. (deals massive damage) Plasma orbs give him extra energies on the start of his turn which allows more cards (or higher costing cards) to be played. All orbs apart from plasma orbs have focus which is their stat. You can improve your focus which makes them stronger for the rest of that battle.

The game will slowly get harder as you beat the act 3 boss through a mode called "ascension". You don't have to have this on. But I'd recommend doing so if you want a challenge and don't want to try meme decks. Ascension works in that every time you ascend the game gets slightly harder. All the ascension tiers stack with each other and you either have them all on, or none on.

Effects that come along with ascension tiers can low your health at the start of the game. Heal less after each boss fight so you start the next act with potentially less health as you healed for less. Enemies are stronger or enemies give less gold. It goes to ascension 20 so it starts to rack up in difficulty as you get further on.
