Danganronpa Casino Royale

As you exit your room, you come into what looks like a hotel hallway. To your left and right, 15 other doors all line the hallway all with 15 seperate numbers on them. Slowly, one by one, 12 other teenagers make their way out into the hallway, until 13 of you stand around looking at each other.

Just as you're about to speak up, a new teen enters the room. He wears a dark green jacket, and messy white hair.
As he opens his mouth to talk, an orange teddy bear appears out of nowhere and eats the poor guy.
"Whale, whale, whale, what do we have here?" it says, "Imma make sure you kill each other, so get ready m'kay?"

Da Rules:
Spoiler: 1: To win the game, you must survive until there are only two players left, or commit a murder and get away with it.
2: There will be 3 phases. Day Phase, Night Phase, Investigation Phase and Trial Phase.
3: During the Day and Night Phase, players can explore the casino, commit murders, play Casino Games, or sit there and do nothing.
4: During the Investigation Phase, everyone investigates the crimes. One player will investigate in the thread while all the others investigate in PMs.
5: Investigation and Trial phases will only happen once a murder has taken place. During the Trial phase, all players must work together to find who committed the murder with the evidence they found in the Investigation Phase.
5a: Investigation will start when two people find a body, regardless if they are the culprit or not. The culprit can PM me so they don't count, so if someone finds them messing with the body, investigation won't start.
6: If the murderer is found, they will be executed, and all other players will be given a monetary bonus. And a new game will be added to the casino.
7: If the murderer is not found, all other players will be executed, and the murderer will win!
8: During the trial, each player will be given the chance to take three truth bullets to present at trial. Each truth bullet can be taken of anything found in the investigation phase, however they cannot be reversed. A truth bullet gives the absolute truth about something.
9: Each night, a player must pay the hotel a fee to stay inside the casino. The fee will start at $500, but will slowly rise over time. Failure to pay the fee may result in humiliation, handicaps, or even execution. You will start wih $50 so you better get money quickly.
10: If you are inactive for longer than 24 hours you will be prodded. Inactive for another 24 hours you will be replaced.
11: You must sign up by typing /join as Ultimate [ultimate ability]
12: You must also choose a specific color for your ultimate. You may not use #004000.
13: Any PM sent must be titled DR V1. Or else it will be ignored.
14: No talking about anything happening in game outside the game thread.
15: After the body announcement, the culprit can kill again if they want to. Actually, no. Let's not do this. Ignore this rule ever existed. It'll be impossible for me to manage a murder in the investigation phase.
16: After the body announcement, one of the most active player in that night will investigate in the thread, regardless if they are the culprit or not. Other people may not talk unless the player who investigates in the thread wants to ask someone a question. If this happens, the person they want to question will be allowed to give their alibi and answer questions.
17: Everyone else investigates in PMs.

/investigate Multi's corpse

The first thing you do is examine the body.
Multi is lying face down in front of the kitchen's table. He has a plastic cup in his hand.
The cup seems to have had some sort of fluid in it and it also seems to have spilled when Multi fell over, as there's a small pool of liquid in front of him. You also notice some footprints going from this pool of what you assume is water to the outside of the room.
Next to Multi you see many flowers and brown broken pieces of something, which you assume was a vase because it looks like the exact same one you're carrying right now.

That's two bumps... If I had a guess, I'd say that the blackened hit Multi on the back of the head with the vase and he fell over and bumped his forehead on the ground.

You then take the cup in the table and take a few sips, and suddenly start to feel a bit dizzy, but nothing to worry about.

That's all there is to the kitchen I suppose. The vase I got came from the Dining Room and I recall Multi going there after the Poison debacle so i'll check there.

/go to the Dining Room

You ignore the fact that the cup was right next to a bottle labeled "POISON" and your life might be in danger and head to the dining hall.
When you get there, you note that it's less of a dining hall and more of a ballroom. There are several circular shaped tables spaced apart from each other covered with a table cloth. Chairs surround each table, and in the center of each sits a vase with flowers. Two of the tables have a vase of flowers missing.

There is a stage at the far east end of the hall, which looks more like a black box than anything.

/Walk out to the Casino Floor and walk towards the Elevator

You leave the dining hall and walk towards the elevator.
On your way there, you notice that the footprints belong to a left shoe.
When you reach the elevator's doors, you see the footprints get inside it, so you get in the elevator and go to the dorms hallway.
When it stops, you walk out the elevator to the hallway and are surprised to see there are no more footprints.
Weird.

And I couldn't really tell whether the person in here left the elevator on the top floor or the bottom floor... They would both lead to turning towards the doors and leaving... That doesn't help.

I guess now is the time to obtain some alibis. There are five people that I should probably start off with.
