Basically, the murderer moves faster in that action from a sense of urgency.
This is also why I don't do times: For one, that's how the old minute-by-minute format did it and it was a fucking nightmare to do, way too easy to make mistakes. But the more important reason? Too lazy to work that shit out regularly :P
