IP ban due to previous abuse?

I log on to this game through mobile every few weeks or so to play a game. I generally don’t leave games, and I make sure to watch the ads for my tickets before playing. But now that I had to do a password change my IP has been restricted? So now I’m not allowed to play any games through mobile without purchasing premium? What’s this about?
