I poisoned an arsonist with necronomicon, no protective roles in the game.
And he not died? Why?

He has basic Defense you have basic attack even with necro necro just gives you heal bypass with your poison

Poisoner has Basic Attack, Arsonist has Basic Defense.
For Necromancer using a corpse, the corpse's attack value is used where the ghoul uses Necro's attack value.
