Scrolls with mobile expansion

My friend and i bought coven expansion and the mobile pass on mobile. He then received 3-4 scrolls of each role for free, but I did not get any. Is it a glitch you can fix or did i do something wrong? I don't want to know that i got cheated on for my money, because this is an awesome game. Please fix the problem or let me know if i must do something to redeem my scrolls. thank you!
