Friends List Bug

Hello, I just logged into ToS and checked friends list to see who was on. When I get on I have no friends on the list which is strange because I have a lot of people on there [most usually offline/inactive] and it's just showing an empty and blank list. I refreshed to see if it fixed it and nothing.

Is this a bug, did something get changed, is there some way to fix it and how do I? I can screenshot to show.

edit: Something else is happening now: no longer just a bug with friends list. I can't join games at all, any mode.
