Reporting SubZero13 and Centaurus20 for moonlighting

SubZero13 and Centaurus20 usually appear in Custom/Rapid, where they spam, leave and enter the lobby repeatedly to claim the host role. They typically do that for 30-45 minutes. I have photographic evidence that SunZero13 and Centaurus20 deserves to be banned, or atleast, suspended.
