Abilities:
Feed tax evaders to the jail on every 5th night by manually clicking the [ ! ] icon that is to appear besides the player who forgot to pay 3 times or just didn't play.

Attributes:
Each player (other than the Landlord) has to start paying the taxes to the town bank by clicking on the '$' button that appears during the 5th night and onward to avoid getting detained and later executed. This shall keep order in play to take out AFKers as well as outlaws who don't respect the law. If a player gets roleblocked during the tax paying-nights, it counts as having missed the chances to pay the tax. We would have situations where players would yelp out, "PLEASE DON'T RB MEEEEEEE!", while people are trying to find who the Landlord is, so they can put an end to the tyranny.

Goal:
In order for the Landlord to win, they must survive until they get either 10-20 (varied by how many players are alive mid-game) taxes (each tax by one player) deposited or send the at least 3 detained tax evaders to the death row.

Win Conditions:
Get 10-20 pouches of disbursed tax moneys from lawful players or bring to justice the outlaws who disrespect the law. If Jailor does not exist in-game or has died, you must survive until the end of the game to win with Town.

Additional Information:
The Landlord does not have any attack/defense/immunity attributes.

It's a self-confirmable role that is a hardcounter to Jailor and forces them to jail who they did not intend to jail. It doesn't seem like a Town Support, it just seems like an annoying Town role to have around that forces everyone to pay taxes.

Since this is a Town role, players wouldn't be desperately trying to hide from it. Everyone would just not bother to pay taxes, and just let the Landlord work as a powerup for the Jailor. Heck, *paying* your taxes would be seen as suspicious, and would probably get you lynched.
