Bard (Neutral Conditional)

Name: Bard

Alignment: Neutral (Conditional)

Lore: A humble entertainer who will haunt anyone who dares get in his way of his entertaining.

Attack: None

Defense: None

Unique: Yes

Abilities:
-If killed has the ability to possess the person who killed for one night or one day, you will have full access to everything they would be able to do normally.
-Everynight you can entertain one person you choose this in the day this will give them the entertain state.

Attributes:
-If the person being possesed gets voted by town the bard will loose his ability to control them (Similar to blackmailer).
-Entertaining will show an animation showing music particles around the person you did it to (Everoyone can see it).

-Investigative Results-

Sheriff: INNO

Investigator: Your target is a Jester, Survivor,
Executioner, Pirate (Coven exclusive role)

Consigliere/Witch: Your target is a skilled musician. They must be the Bard!

Goal: Entertain the entire town, if entire living town is entertained you win (does not matter if they are inno or not)
Alt Goal: Your goal is to see that person that killed you die.

Wins With: Anyone

Must Kill: The person who kills them.

Purpose/Reason: This could be a fun role, which i feel the game could use some more of :D

(Any ideas for me or balance issues please tell me?)

Way too easy. The bard can easily out the person who killed them, and possibly even out the whole mafia/coven/vampires faction as a bonus.

The "if you survive" part of the goal, on the other hand, has the problem of not really interacting with other players' goals (though the Pirate also has this problem). Also, you're pretty much guaranteed to succeed at it if you survive to the end of the game (and so don't get to do your alternate goal).

What exactly does it mean for the "entire living town to be entertained"? What quantifies their level of entertainment? How is The Bard going to be able to affect that in their favor?

For this role, "Entertaining" is like "Dousing"; the bard just has to visit each person once. It has nothing to do with actual entertainment.
