The Florae Faction
The Florae is basically a second "good faction" that wants to kill all evils and has a rivalry about how Salem is run.
Similar to Town, the Florae are an unconfirmed majority where they do not know who the other Florae are.
If there is a time where there are only Townies and Florae at the end of the game with no roles that are capable of killing on either side, the game will end with the victors being whoever has the most members currently alive.
If the Town and Florae are at a tie, or if either side has a role that is capable of killing, all players will be notified that the Town and Florae are at their wits end. If there is at least one role that is still capable of killing on either side, the game will continue as normal. Otherwise, the amount of votes to put a person on trial will decrease by one, meaning either side can set a player on trial.
Note: the Florae color is (#228f40)
Goal: Exterminate anyone that would harm your tribe.
Victory Conditions:
You win with the Florae
You win with the Survivors
You must kill the Town
You must kill the Mafia
You must kill the Coven
You must kill Serial Killers
You must kill Werewolves
You must kill Arsonists
You must kill Juggernauts
You must kill Vampires
You must kill Plaguebearers
You must kill Pestilence
You may spare anyone else

Hydrangea - Florae (Investigative)
Edited Version:
Spoiler: Summary: You are a religious dancer that lurks near the riverbeds.
Attack: None
Defense: None
Unique: Yes
Priority: 0 (day ability)
Abilities:
- - You may dance during the day to summon a rainstorm for the night.
- - Mafia, Coven, and Neutrals will be notified that a storm is starting at the beginning of the night.
- Players that visit will be drenched in water.
- You will be told all of the players who are not drenched the following day.
- You may not summon a rainstorm Day 1.
- You may only summon 2 rainstorms.
- "You have decided perform a rain dance."
"The following players are dry: (all player names)."
(Mafia/Coven/Neutrals) "It seems that it's going to rain."
- - Doused players will always appear as drenched. If a player is purged the same night it rains, they will only be drenched if the player visited that night.
- Framed players will appear as dry. Frames will be removed if a Framed player visits the night it rains.
- If a player is both Doused and Framed, the Frame will take priority, meaning the target will not be seen visiting.
- The storm summoned will still happen, regardless if you are roleblocked, controlled, or jailed. It will not rain if you are lynched during the day.
A soft gale brushes across the Northern Stream. A young fellow, wearing a flowy cardigan of purples and blues, dances in the riverbed as she sings a timely tune. As the sun shares its final breaths of light, the Mayor calls everyone in for the night.
A muffled bang shakes in the sky, alerting the woman. The clouds knit themselves into a gray pattern of organized chaos. "It is time..." She dries her feet and dashes inside. The light mist becomes a powerful storm in a simple second. She sat in her rocking chair and gazed out the window, knowing that anyone who dared to step foot out tonight would be soaking wet.
The next morning, the Medium was accused of murdering the Mayor. She trembled on the stand, begging for her life, imagining how much longer it would be until she was hauled to the gallows. A hand abruptly sticks out of the crowd:
"…What are you doing? The woman's dry as a bone. Leave her be, she isn't the culprit." She stormed off back into the crowd, now setting a trial on the man who accused the Medium. After a twenty-eight word long sob story describing how he has failed to keep his husband alive had passed, the Town decided to lynch him.
It was the Executioner.

An open book rests on a wooden podium, the wind its pages flipping one by one. As the book has returned to the beginning, a powerful draft twists in the hut, causing the leaves of text to turn rapidly until it is finished. The Iris has been summoned, her eyes closed with her head tilted towards the writings. She hovers outdoors and spots a short man tiptoeing near her house. She looks at him in the eye with a numb face.
"Tell me where you're headed," she utters coldly. Anxious, he stares at his shoulder refusing to speak. "...fine. Be that way..." She ambles back to her homestead and shuts the door forcefully. Putting her hands on the book she was resurrected from, a blue aura glowed from her willowy figure. With her body now slumped over the stand, her glowing ghost lingered in the shadows. It followed the man to the Escort's cottage, watching him enter the house and departing out moments later, heading towards the azure gleam who was lurking at his home. A howl at the moon and a single swing was all it took for him to destruct her spirit. She may be asleep now, but she'll be back.

"No… not like this…" The Tracker kept watch on their prey as it headed in their direction. He wanted to run, but after getting distracted by a bird in the night sky, all he could do was put his hands up to protect himself. A hit on the head was all that was needed to make him unconscious. Shortly after waking up, he remembers that he was attacked by the Mafia but the Doctor saved him! He tells the Town during the day, thanking the Doctor for saving his life.
"The Doctor is a fake!" a child cried out from behind a tree. "I only saw him visited by the Hypnotist!"
Climbing back into the tree they claimed as their home, the Thyme watches as the member of the Mafia swings back and forth in the breeze. Seeing this scared the child, but they knew it was the right thing.

The wind blows softly through the trees. A cricket chirps, and the echo bounds through the forest. Softly, a pair of feet creep through the brush. A long pointed thorn is released from its leather quiver. The tip is freshly coated with liquid venom oozing from a poisonous frog that was gifted by a childhood friend. A pair of gray eyes peer through the window of the Bodyguard's house. They watch him fiddle around with his body vest and anxiously look around. "So much worry for such a pitiful excuse of a man," Azalea murmurs as they wait, calmly and carefully, for their moment. This was it; this was their job. Sure it was gory, but it satisfied them.
A string is drawn back, a perfect shot is lied up. Suddenly, a crunch of leaves. Azalea whips around and lets their thorn fling loose. "Damn it... oh well," they disappointingly said to their fellow pet.
The Town wakes up to find the Plaguebearer dead with an arrow between the eyes.

"We have to get out of here; he's returned!"
She shot her hand up pointing towards a gray figure: it was the Arsonist! Darting out of their village tucked away in the forest, the two sisters made it to the edge of the wooded maze. The younger of the two couldn't keep one foot in front of the other. Her feet weren't listening, she felt herself getting tired. And then, suddenly, she tumbled. As soon as she cried for help, her sister was there for her. She was always there for her, ever since their mother wilted from a terrible disease.
Something was wrong, however. The elder sister's ankle felt entangled by a twining grapevine; she couldn't free herself. Knowing her life would wither in a few minutes, she embraced her sister's rough skin and swiftly pushed her away. "Go! Keep running north and don't look back, Natala!" She watched her home drown in flames; the one that always protected her from harm's way was gone. Despite her sister's protests, it was all too much. She curled up, refusing to move.
Thinking about her family ached, but she then had an irresistible urge to keep going. After weeks of experimenting in Salem, she developed a lethal dagger that separated itself into noxious darts when thrown. Resting in the bushes during the night, she heard loud footsteps at the Escort's house. It was the man who killed her dear sister at the belle's doorsill. Without giving it a second thought, she hurled it with all of her emotions, hitting him several times in the chest. Nettle knew she could kill her victims immediately, but that wasn't enough for her; the amount of pain she could deliver to her enemies will never be more than the torment she has lived with all this time.

The Janitor was headed to work. Not his day job, but his work none the less. It had been a few days since the Mafia kicked into action, but the work has started to pile up, and he couldn't be late lest his head be on the line. He hops over a stone wall, a little shortcut that he'd picked up, and starts crossing a clearing. The underbrush shakes in the wind, leaves crinkling under the natural pressures of the environment. The Janitor's footsteps being the only disturbance in the peaceful forest. Suddenly, a vine snaps around the Janitor's leg, dragging the man away from his destination and bringing him into a secluded garden full of lush purple flowers and greenery. He claws desperately at the earth, until his arms, too, are bound. Suspended by vines, the Janitor can do nothing but speak.
"I wonder why you struggle so to escape me," boomed an unseen voice. "Ah, Wisteria, you just took me by surprise." His throat is dry, cracking his voice. "You sound nervous. Do you have a reason to be?" "No, I'm just the Mint! On my way to plant some herbs!" Sweat was building up on his forehead.
"Interesting." On the Wisteria's cue, the vines started to pull on the Janitor's arms and legs. "No, no please! I'm telling the truth, really, I am!" The Janitor's pleas fell on deaf ears, as did his screams. The Daffodil had already confirmed that this was no Mint. Wisteria let out a sigh. She never was one to watch the kill. She did her job, and that was that. She waited until the forest lay silent once more, and then crawled back into the shrubs.

A whisper from God enters his home; the Crusader has headed out to protect the Mayor's house tonight. Trouble had been lurking for the past couple of days, but there didn't seem to be anyone causing mayhem at this time. "How disappointing, probably for the best," he said while marching back home. The brave man rests his shield against the wall as the earth started to shake. The day of rapture was here! The Crusader was ready to accept his god’s divine judgment, and stepped outside clad in his holy armor. His faith was shortly lost as he spotted the Juggernaut filled with rage. Quivering in terror, the Crusader mumbled a short prayer, ready to breathe his last.
Just before he could strike, a branch is tossed at the attacker, distracting him from what was coming his way. Two shurikens embezzled with amethyst bustle through the air, piercing both of the Juggernaut's fists. An aureate woman leaps from the Crusader's roof, kicks the brute man in the head, and flips backwards all while landing on one foot. "Stand down; don't take another step further." Enraged, the Juggernaut charges towards the lady in pink. "Aho...steel yourself," the woman yells as she takes out another three stars from her hair. Propelling them towards his chest, she lets them run loose as the dancing blades whistle in the wind. It wasn't strong enough to kill him, but the pain forced him to retreat.

An iridescent butterfly flickers in the fog, seeking for a place of stationary. At long last, the creature of clear unwinds itself on the resting place of a little girl. Her heart was as pure as the driven snow, waiting for the time that she was needed most. A faint glow mantles the symbol of a celestial bulb engraved on a shrine. As a vibrant mist swirls around the area, the butterfly fades into the weathered rock, fulfilling its duty.
The slumbering priestess of the garden awakes covered in moss. Although disoriented, and not recognizing her allies, she knows that she would have only been awoken in times of great distress. The gardener has called upon her magic, and that magic she will provide. She reads over her tome, whispers incantations. A lily blooms, spraying a cloud of mystical healing pollen in the air. It was an hour 'til midnight, the raging waterfall drowned out the bitter silence the village usually held tightly. The Spy was prepared to surveillance the one the Mayor asked him to visit. He took a deep breath, spit out his cigar, and strolled to his door. A pungent smell of pinewood entered the house, followed by the Lady of Aroma herself. Her hair was a soft mix of blues and greens, then faded to her natural black color. He took a step towards the opening, knowing it might be a mistake.
"Zoo NOT move!" the woman said sternly. She stomped her heel on the lumber floor and tossed a peacock-feathered pillow in front the rug, then another one at her feet. "SIT!" Knowing his knees were too unstable for him to run outside, he sat down as she lit a stick on incense ablaze. After several minutes passed, the Serial Killer busted through the door. Pulling out his knife, ready to stab the senseless Spy, she shouted, "NO! You are NOT here to ruin MY evening! SIT!" She clasped the silver blade from the psychotic man and threw both her hands out: one launching the weapon into the wall, and the other casting a third cushion on the opposing side of the room. As she started the process over with the Serial Killer, she charmed the Spy to his destination. Her work was extraordinary; magical, even. He was in such a trance state that he didn't even bother with the Consort that walked his way.
"Where are you going, baby? We have a lot of making up to do-" she pulled him in close, but he couldn't feel a thing. Once she smelled the whiff of rosemary that covered his figure, she pushed him away and pranced back home. All he could think about was the fourteen minutes he spent with the woman of his desires. Creeping up to his ordered target, he unlatched the door, tripped on the step, and one look at the housekeeper killed him instantly.
His body may have been turned to stone, but his heart wasn't.

A single parent with a single child, the Nightshade works days on end to keep her offspring alive. They knew they couldn't keep it up for much longer; they needed a break, but that wasn't possible with the current conditions of Salem. Hoping people would stop asking them for help, they moved their home to a cottage in the woods and planting a sign in the ground that reads "PLEASE KEEP OFF THE GRASS." That didn't seem to have any effect, however; the Doctor begging if they could help him with a procedure, the Lookout asking if they could help him keep watch, even the Mayor requesting if they could stop the suspected Mafia member. It wasn't enough for the town, no matter what Nightshade did. They knew they couldn't rest; their shapeshifting kin was too important to them.
Something changed when they were helping the Investigator look for clues. Noticing a vial with a wine-colored liquid in his pocket, they pointed it out, asking what it was. He began to drink it, calmly stating it was a gift from a friend of the Trapper. Wrapping it up for the night, he opens the door and suddenly falls to the ground, violently beginning to gag. The Nightshade tried to help him, but they didn't having the right amount of medicine to save him; he was dead. Fleeing from the scene, they went back home while running into a woman who looked just like her: it was the Potion Master, the one they idolized during their years of practice. Talking to her made them realize that they didn't have to be the town's puppet anymore.
They hated the thought of killing someone, but it was worth doing if it meant more time with her kin.

If you wish to create a Florae role, you are welcome to do so! Just please be aware of a few guidelines:
- - Do not name your role "Rose"! This is because we already have Rosemary, along with the Mafia being associated with roses.
- Try to base your role name by its personality. Most of plants I did were flowers, but I also did herbs and ferns. You can name your role after any plant you can think of (such as Toadstool, Cactus, Evergreen, etc.), just try to keep it simple!
- Use this site if you can't find any flower names: https://www.atozflowers.com/flower/
Other:
- - All Florae appear Good to the Psychic.
- The Executioner can have any Florae role as their target, excluding the Gardenia and Wisteria.
- The Retributionist can use Florae corpses. They will have to visit the body once to convert it into a Town body, then they will be able to use it the next night.
- Retributionist and Necromancer can use: Daffodil, Iris, Sage, Thyme, Azalea, Dahlia, Nettle, Calendula, Lavender, Lily, Mint, Rosemary, Dicentra, Gardenia, Nightshade, Phlox.
Changelog:
- - Buffed Nettle where it can now kill roles with Basic defense.
- Nerfed Rosemary where it has a cooldown.
- Buffed Gardenia's votes from 2 to 3 when revealed.
- Renamed Aloe to Calendula, along with heavily reworking the role.
- Swapped Mint and Calendula's Investigator results.
- Swapped Nightshade and Dahlia's Investigator results.
- Buffed Dahlia where it now visits two players at night instead of one.
- Buffed Sage where it now can vision players on Full Moon nights.
- Renamed Carnation to Phlox, along with giving it an extra charge.
- Renamed Peony to Dicentra, along with making it stop Serial Killer attacks.
- Nerfed Nightshade's self heal where it can only heal themselves once, along with reducing the cooldown from 2 visits to 1.
- Moved Calendula's Investigator results to the Investigator one.
