This is a Library-Based faction that deals with information and night-chats

Librarian faction summary: "You all are cast-out scholars who are seeking more knowledge and revenge from everyone around you"

The 4 (or more) Sub-alignments are:


Academy (Head)- The Leaders of the Academy

Academic (Information)- Academics who gain information on others

Academic (Deception)- Academics who may ruin peoples' perception of notification viewing roles

Academic (Support)- Academics who may support themselves, their faction, or others

Academic (Protection)- Academics who protect to benefit others or their faction

Academic (Killing)- Academics who kill for the sake of the academy and help the Benigns + Pirate


Academy (Head)

Spoiler: Librarian - Academy (Head)
Attack: Basic
Defense: Basic (Scum)

Abilities:
- Silence a player (Day ability)
- May take books from people (Nights ability)

Attributes:
- May listen to whispers
- Silencing a player will only allow them to talk during a Trial (This includes whispers)
- You cannot silence the same player twice in a row
- You may only silence each player twice per game
- Taking books will block the target from voting during the day and attack the target once during the night with a Basic book slap

Landlord - Academy (Head)
Attack: None
Defense: Basic

Abilities:
- Sell a player’s house (twice)

Attributes:
- Your target will be forced to move in with the last player they visited
- If they did not visit anyone, or last visited a dead player, you will instead roleblock them
- Players cannot target players without a house but will target all players in one house
- You may only have 2 players in a house (Including you)

Academic (Information)

Abilities:
- Roleblock a player and research their visitors

Attributes:
- You will learn the roles of every player who visits your target

Geographer - Academic (Information)
Attack: None
Defense: None

Abilities:
- Choose between 5 categories to find target information

Attributes:
- The five categories are Attack, Defense, Role, Results, and Faction
- Each category has a 2-night cool-down
- Attack and Defense are received the next night
- Results are received in 2 nights
- Faction and Role are received in 3 nights
- Faction allows you to see a role in their faction
- Role gives your targets' precise role
- Results are Suspicious/Framed | Innocent/Hiding Secrets
- Attack results are shown as Your target may kill with (attack level)!/ Defense: Your target can withstand these attacks (List of attack levels they're immune against)!
- You may multi-task

Academic (Deception)

Abilities:
- Memorialize a player

Attributes:
- If and when that player dies, you may use their dead body and swap ANY investigative results with a Librarian
- You may switch players, but you may not switch to a player you have already memorialized

Reporter - Academic (Deception)
Attack/Defense: None

Abilities:
- Announce an important message to a player

Attributes:
- That player will get your results or receive the wrong information

Example: they get your results if Invest
They get the target attacked message if Doc

Academic (Support)

Abilities:
- Unprotect a player

Attributes:
- If the player was attacked and protected, you will redirect the protector to yourself
- If the player was only attacked, you will protect the player
- If the player was only protected, you will role block the protector the following night

Artist - Academic (Support)
Attack: None
Defense: None

Abilities:
- Paint a reflection (Day)
- Make a mural
Attributes:
- Painting a reflection is a day ability that makes the Artists' target to go on themselves for the night (Only done twice)
- Making a mural will sabotage their targets' ability the next night after being used (Done thrice will raise one Librarians defense for the night)
- Killing roles: Will only attack with a Basic attack instead of their normal attack level (Some roles like Godfather will be unaffected by this)
-Support roles: Roleblockers only visit and do nothing that night, Retributionist and Necromancer will not use their corpses ability and the corpse will only visit that player, Mayor only has one vote the next day, Medium will not talk in dead chat the next night after the ability is used.
-Deception roles: These roles will get their target results and will not deceive that person that night.
-Protection roles: Bodyguard only attacks with Basic, healing heals with Basic defense.
-Investigative roles: No information/False information will come for the target and Artist will get their true notifications that night.

Academic (Protection)

Abilities:
- Gather Books and give them to someone each night

Attributes:
- Giving someone books gives that person a Powerful/Basic defense that night
- Giving books to fellow Librarians allows your next non-Librarian visit to be astral the next night
- You may only give Basic defense on odd nights and Powerful defense on even nights

Bookworm - Academic (Protection)
Attack: Powerful
Defense: None

Abilities:
- Visit a player and read a novel
- Protect a player

Attributes:
- If you visit a scum player, you may protect a player by killing visitors
- If you visit a Protector, you may protect a player with a Powerful Defense
- If you visit an Investigative, you will watch for visitors
- If you visit a Support, you will protect a player by giving them a jailed message

Academic (Killing)

Defense: None

Abilities:
- Start a club (day ability)

Attributes:
- You may choose up to 4 players, excluding Academics
- During the night, selected players will attend a night meeting and vote against themselves
- You will kill whoever receives the most votes with a Basic Attack, if there is a tie you will deal a Powerful attack to the tied people instead (If they're in different factions)
- If tied people are in the same faction, You will attack them with a Basic attack the same night instead of a Powerful attack
- If you are roleblocked, You will still kill the target with the most votes but you'll have to wait a day to Start a club again

Bully - Academic (Killing)
Attack: Powerful
Defense: None

Abilities:
- Punish a player

Attributes:
- If your target was visited, you will instead punish them
- You will attack anyone who was punished two times
- If you were role-blocked then you may attack the role blocker with a Powerful attack not killing your intended target that night

Can you tell me which roles have inconsistant KPN? I fixed the Sheriff results and I fixed some confusion with some attributes/abilities so go check it out again :3
