If you sleep, you will gain basic defense for the night while taking everyone else's defense away.

Goal:
Survive until the end of the game.

Investigator Results:
Sheriff - Your target seems innocent.
Investigator - Your target could be a lookout, forger, witch/CL, juggernaut, or insomniac!
Consigliere - Your target struggles to fall asleep at night. They must be an insomniac.

Additional Information:
If two or more insomniacs sleep on the same night, they all get their defense.

Spoiler: It was actually astounding how loud that noise was.

The serial killer did not sleep often. No, how could he, when every other night it seemed like someone was breaking down his door to point a gun in his face? But, unfortunately, he was still human, and even he needed an ounce of shuteye every now and then. Tonight happened to be one of those nights where he had laid himself gently on his pillow, exhausted from dealing with that harlot of an escort that paid him a visit, and hoped to have a quiet night. The moment he closed his eyes, though, it started. Snoring. He hadn't heard anything like it before. It was far too loud for the SK to even think about sleeping - and pulling the pillow or blanket over his ears didn't help at all. Incredible.

And then, just to his luck, there was a knock at the door. The SK dragged himself out of bed and shuffled to the door, not bothering to put on that winning smile he normally had. Funnily enough, the person on the other side looked just as tired as he did. The vigilante. The SK rubbed his eyes, giving a half-interesting greeting. What was he here to do, kill him? SK was far too strong to let himself get killed by-

A gunshot abruptly cut off his train of thought. He didn't even feel it for a second, but only a moment later the searing pain in his chest made itself visible. The vigilante put his gun down with a yawn and walked away with a dull expression in his eyes. That's strange, thought the SK as he fell to the ground in a pool of his own blood. The snoring finally stopped.

And he thought no more.
