I don't think it's a good idea to lie about your reads as that'll probably make it much harder to catch the scum

It's more a question of whether or not to keep your reads to yourself imo

Faking your confidence level is another way to play this. Just find reasons to paint your conf townies as weak town-leans or biggest scum-reads as null
Even that much will seriously mess up the scums’ guessing abilities

let me rephrase this maybe- do as much as you think you can while still staying “safe”

calling your scum-reads town isn’t the only way to fake reads. You can lie in any ways

You CAN refuse to voice reads altogether as long as you question people and try to progress the game that way
You CAN voice reads by focusing on a certain player more. You CAN also easily lie about who you scum-read by questioning a player you think is innocent
You CAN just simply fake your confidence level

Regardless of what you do, as long as you do anything at all, it would be really hard to guess who you would have targeted
Lol, even if you do absolutely nothing, just simply by agreeing that lying is the right strategy, you make guessing your picks close to impossible

most players right now DON’T have the gun. It’s their job to make it easier for the real gunbearer to shoot scum
How exactly do you want to do that while doing nothing?

aaand it’s not like anyone here is 100% accurate either. Most players have an accuracy equal to RNG anyway. You can’t make that worse
I genuinely think lying is the correct thing to do here.


as for the really conf-towns- just take banana. Calling the REALLY obv towns obv town should still probably be beneficial :/

tbh the question is kinda random, I had no idea what to ask you about. My town-lean on you from early on is sort of disappearing with the rest of my PoE town-telling. If you have some sort of specific idea how to play, I’m not gonna force you to do it my way
