electric current is most interesting one so far as it fits none of the descriptions other than accident and possible at outside.
noon: not really helpful again. Maybe it points souvenir over current as big ben is a clock and we have a sharp time.
state: well, maybe, from disorderly we should understand out of order, or something being unusual? I am unsure whether I am streching now or not but if I am not this makes electric current much likelier.
last two: I think powder doesn't feel conflict or jealousy really.cassette doesn't fit jealousy much. computer disk, same.
leaf is an interesting one as it fits playground but it is all, it may work if souvenir is why jealousy is chosen but unlikely.
Most likely pair is EC+ superhero cape imo.

Including weapons just cause it can cause accidents is not enough, think if it can cause any of the other cause of deaths like severe injury and we can rule out more in terms of not including it under the category of accident

Think of the tiles like a story, then it'll make more sense with regards to why x weapon and y clue was chosen. E.g. x killed y in a playground but set it out with a weapon so it would look like an accident occurred. This happened in the middle of the day due to one of the party's jealousy of achieving something. This is just my mind going places so this point is bot as important but yeah

I don't think electric current means power failure necessarily, especially at outdoor.

Well, my idea was not the murderer but the victim had the cap but it is an important clue for the incident. If murderer had it it would be justice, but if victim had it and it become involved to the accident somewhat than it may toward to jealous more.
You know, electric current fits the theme so perfectly that I kinda wanna this to work though not sure if I am biased or not

I don't see how power failure can even work in a playground. Anyways electric current is the means of killing, not the means of a power failure so id still consider electric current as an accident

Oh guess we had different interpretations for selects one of the set aside location of crime tiles lol. Selecting one being at random in my case and one for best fit for yours lol.
