I think they should be able to do the mafia factional kill if all their allies die.

It's kind of balanced more because it can't do the factional kill, but it may be kind of OP. Negative utility for other mafia using role actions, so maybe it doesn't have to affect the mafia?

are the people who's action failed informed that "You were role-blocked" or "Your action failed because you were blocked by a Watchman" or nothing at all?
RNG is never good for any strategy based game. Please learn the definition of what that means, especially if you're one of the people constantly defending it.

Every day you have the ability to choose one player, stalking them the following night.
Each night you can choose to keep a keen eye on one or two targets of your choice.
If your stalked target visits one of the targets you kept a keen eye on, you will attack them. You will be informed if this happens.
You may stalk someone only four times.

You win with the Town
You win with Survivors
You must kill the Mafia

You may spare anyone else

ECO - (Idk atm, if there are any questions I will put them in the eco)
If your stalked target doesn't visit one of your target(s) who you kept a keen eye on, it will still use up one of your stalks.
If you are role blocked, you will not keep a keen eye on anyone at all but it will still use up one of your stalkings.
If you are controlled by a Witch, you will keep a keen eye on the Witch's second target.
You may not stalk yourself.

The problem that I have with watchman is that it creates inconsistencies as to what the 'mafia espionage' alignment is. When I made traitor I took an existing role in mafia- traitor- and gave it a tiny night action and some passives that prevent an unfortunate night kill. It's not supposed to be a powerful role or one that appears in a lot of setups. The key characteristics are that the mafia know it exists, it knows the mafia, but the mafia do not know it. We already have a grouping of roles that are uninformed and antitown in neutral evils. I know that some people (like Varanus) are aghast at the idea of having new neutrals but when I made traitor I had setups like 13I and 14C in mind where it was a town vs. mafia game. No NK faction existed. In which case NE is effectively an uninformed traitor who can actually do something, as opposed to a weak mafia role.

1) Trolling - Don't try to be funny. No one is going to laugh about you submitting a N1 Suicidal Keeper of Light. Any broken, unbalanced, or obvious troll roles will be purged. So far, none has declined it and even by looking at the rotting corpses of those who accepted it, people could only see how they were at peace at the time of their demise. The cause of death always looks unnaturaly natural, albeit no eye or nose cares for the bright color and the meaty smell of the poison when the bite marks cover the whole body and many limbs are missing.

Twice, when performing the factional kill you will force your target to use their primary ability on you and die.
None of the members of the Mafia will visit the target to kill them.

You must win with the Mafia
You win thanks to your shitty and rushed design since this is ToS FM after all.
You must kill the Town
You win with Witches
Fuck Neutral Benigns and remove them from the game plz, kthx.
You must kill Arsonists
You must kill Serial Killers
You must kill Stalkers
You must kill Bombers

ECO:
Yes, can be killed by Vigilante or Serial Killer and other punishing roles indeed.
Escort stopping the target during the night does indeed save them, same goes for all the other protectives except...
Marshall who can save the target by actually protecting Femme Fatale.
Lookout can only the see the action of Femme Fatale being visited.
Jailor can stop the factional kill by jailing Femme Fatale but cannot save himself from being killed if he is chosen during the day.
Veteran can save himself from being murdered by going on alert.
I do not know any other roles.

Overall like 3-4 years ago, I had the idea to diversify the Mafia Killing faction which was just humorously bad at the time. Also wanted to buff Escort since it used to be regarded as heavily anti-town by some people. Do not know if it still is. Another reason was to nerf Lookout who apparently is still a problem to this day considering what they did to it. Any other role interaction including the secondary ability came out while I was writing this. Seems like it can lock a certain Town win in extremely situational scenarios but I can't tell if it is more possible than any other roles currently. Feel free to modify it however you wish. Just wanted to leave this thing out of my chest and mind for the moment. Let's see if it passes the test of time if it did for any other.

Can Butcher multi attack N1?
It has only one kill charge - it cannot multi kill until N3.

What happens if Butcher is controlled when multi killing?
It will instead single kill, and clean whomever the Witch has the Butcher target.

N6: +0
N7: +2

Does Butcher gain any information regarding who it can kill?
No.

What happens if Witch controls a Butcher on a night following a clean kill?
It still won’t kill.

I’ve always felt the ultimate trade-off for that is it’s KPN being inferior to both Arsonist and Serial Killer, typically in practice.

You may inform your Game Moderator during the day that you wish to use your Time Machine. This may only be done once.
At the end of the day, immediately after the lynch (or no lynch), the entire town is transported back in time. There are now 24 hours remaining in the day.
You may lynch during this 24 hours.
This does not save the target of the previous lynch.

You win with the Town

Basically can lynch twice in one day, once.

I know its a TPower so won't be used much, but I think it could be cool.

I think Femme Fatale should have limited charges as it is almost a strongman (almost). I would suggest 2 charges if that route is decided upon.

Time Traveler, I don't see anything wrong with it. An interesting thing to add is make the first person not flip until the other person flips, though that would go against the role I think. It would be interesting, but looking at it now it seems fine enough.

Paparazzi

You are a Paparazzi

Your alignment is Town Killing

You are a paparazzi. Your job is to stalk and take photos of other people within the Town, but you also have a impact on people's mind as well.

You may stalk a person.
After Three phases, your target will commit suicide, this is similar to the Stalker's method. You are also immune to redirection and roleblocks.
However, you may have only one person stalked at once.
You may change your target at any time, however, you will have to wait three phases again

You win with the Town
You win with Survivors
You must kill the Mafia
You must kill Arsonists
You must kill Witches
You must kill Serial Killers
You must kill Stalkers
You must kill Bombers
You may spare anyone else

I really like Papparazi. Regardless here's a role

Your role is Blacksmith

Your alignment is Town Protective

Skilled at all the art of making armor, you will use the armor to help the town.

You have 3 sets of armor you may give to any player, at any time
A person with armor will not die the first time attacked
Because the armor is so heavy, your target cannot perform it's night action the night they receive their armor (Your target will be informed they were roleblocked)
The armor isn't in it's top form, so after two nights you will have to remove it.


You win with the Town
You win with Survivors
You must kill the Mafia
You must kill Arsonists
You must kill Witches
You must kill Serial Killers
You must kill Stalkers
You must kill Bombers
