Should I submit an action which is formatted wrong then
"#attack player" instead of "##attack player" or something?

DioBot won't pick up anything that doesn't start with the "##", so the first would just do nothing. As for the second, DioBot just picks whichever action name is closest to what you put in.

What about "##" but no action/playername after that?

I believe it would end up just picking the first action listed on the role card, and then set it to no target.
