There's been like a total of 3 posts of the interaction between them and 1 was Stoldi fake voting EvilD and EvilD memeing saying he got a red check on him.
There's nothing there to suggest it has to be TvS. Even if you believed 1 of them had to be scum, which I don't even think is inherently obvious either, SvS is still possible because it doesn't appear either is really serious.
