Mini Rant:

I could have done a better job hosting. I could have probably worked on the set-up more. The mafia power roles were really awkward after a mass-claim. The town power roles were expendable. They both could have been stronger in this game. The lynch mechanic is cool but felt underwhelming compared to the last game, where it played a vital role, this time around it was a random mechanic thrown in with little purpose.

The flipless mechanic the town didn't know how to play around. It's typically better to make a town-core and alternate lynch between different scum worlds. Hyena got the gist and if his plan was followed to the dot, town would have won effortlessly. If Hyena were wrong on his reads, his approach is still sound and that's how flipless games are played. I understand flipless isn't a mechanic often seen, so town scrambled and played like a standard game.

Nevertheless the mafia played very very well. It's probably one of the best mafia teams I've seen in my games thus far. They definitely deserved the win.

It took one town member accusing another town member to end the game. It's possible you could instruct no accusations to prevent this but it's much more difficult than with the standard lynch mechanic.

It took one town member accusing another town member to end the game. It's possible you could instruct no accusations to prevent this but it's much more difficult than with the standard lynch mechanic.

Yeah I'm not getting lynched over you lol. You begging and constantly screaming "OH MY GOD WE ARE GOING TO LOSE IF YOU LYNCH ME WE NEED TO LYNCH OTHER PEOPLE OR WE ARE GOING TO LOSE" (even though we can survive a mislynch and a night kill even if it's currently 5v2, it's certainly not easy but in a 3v2, town still has a chance of winning).
