Capo is shit in 3 player games. The reason Town is winning so much is because of bad players mostly but it has something to do with role balance.
Implement 16B Marshal and Prankster buffs. Remove Disguiser and implement reworked Framer which effects all TIs. Possible change, give GF a 2 shot Ninja ability so it has a way of dealing with all TIs and not being shit in Lookout games. Remove Investigator and add Parity Cop. Remove Town Support.
RNG is never good for any strategy based game. Please learn the definition of what that means, especially if you're one of the people constantly defending it.

There's something to be said for NFMs intentionally being shifted towards less balanced in favor of having more PRs, to make it somewhat more similar to ToS, which is where most new players will be coming from

I think lowering number of neutrals is one of the more crucial aspects for new players to have coming into fm

True, but by removing neutrals you reduce threats to town, so logical thing is to reduce town power accordingly. 77% winrate is ridiculous
