I don't know how Lawyer role works, but I see the Prosecutor in the roles list and its said there that is identical with the Lawyer:

It is about same , but Lawyer can force a verdict or swap defendants , not sure about can Presucator do this

I think that the Stalker would probably be bandwagoning or sheeping. They win with the witch. The other NE, be it a Jester or EXE, would probably want to get themself or their target lynched - guaranteeing their win.

So that could be 7v5 (M&Ns) or 6v6 (T&NE).

You might as well let him play. At this point in the game, finding a replacement could take forever. I gave exception to people who received 2nd prods if they responded like an hour or less later or something when I hosted NFM before because it was either that or spending an eternity finding a replacement.
