ObiWan: Hey guys - apologies ahead of time that I'm on your team. XP I'm likely to be investigated fast. First off - Post all whispers you go here. From everyone. I received two On from Thief in which he said - And Metrions which said - At this point - I think Metrion trusts me a little bit. Which is good - I'd make as many allies as you can by whispering. I wish he had whispered me his plan for tonight - but he didn't. It helps to whisper people and ask them what their opinion is on a certain player. It makes them feel like you trust them...so they are more inclined to trust you. Be careful what you say though. As far a kill target - We aren't going for Metrion or Arckas tonight - it is took risky. The protectives will be on some of them, including Sarah. People like a leader - and when they are confused - they usually follow the plan. Arckas seems to be trying to take up this "leader" role - which is scary because Arckas is pretty good at picking out evil roles. He's already suspecting you levya - although I don't really know why. He's being aggressive - which can put some people off (which is good for us). But for now - I think we should stay on his good side.

8flight: Obiwan could you type your death note here so that you and the gf have the same death note so that when one of you is jailed and the death note stays the same the jailor wont be as suspicious as the player he jailed because of different death notes.
iggyvolz: Yes. Unlike Town of Salem, you can frame/kill/rb other mafia members. But don't use this for gamethrowing purposes. (If it's the night before the bomb is about to go off and there's no hope, knock yourselves out
)ObiWan: As far as each of your play styles - ACT LIKE A TOWNIE! This is important - Looking back Arckas suspected Levya because he was laid back and going with the flow. Make your own opinions about things - tell people they're suspicious (With good reasoning). Basically - Pretend like you are a Vigilante or a Doctor or a Jailor. Try to seem like you're helping out the town in some way - that way - if someone (Like Arckas) tries to call you out - you can defend yourself by stating what you have done for the town. This is my advice - you do not have to take it. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is a Theory - what if Arckas or Metrion is the Jailor? They could tell the jailor to "Jail" them one night in the thread - so they are protected. But in reality - they are the Jailor - so the Mafia believe the jailor is protecting them. That's just a theory that popped into my head - it is probably unlikely though. From what I can see - Arckas isn't a protective role - since he asked that the protectives cover him. It is possible that he is the vet and that is why he wanted to be jailed - So the Protectives could visit him without any consequences - but that would be a waste of some protection for other people in my opinion. I'm trying to find the post of peoples claims...or "Not Claims" when they were playing that game. Can anyone find it for me? That would be useful to us atm.
8flight: KingSolomn how much did you post d1? I need to know to see if I can run the risk of framing you to prevent an investigator from going mayor or reveal on you. And I need to know in case there's a sheriff

8flight: I found the not claims Page 11: Arckas - not vet Foolofdeath - not sk nor invest Drake - not citizen Me - not Mayor leyva - not jester Based on this info I think we shall kill Drake since we know that he's not citizen and that can knock off a town invest/protective/support role for us assuming sarah's claim is correct. If he is a evil role then he will be immune and we can put it in our death note.
ObiWan: For now - Yes I think it would be a good idea to Frame the GF - for one of you. It is a good thing that Levya is the Framer - he may be investigated tonight and can say that he was framed. King - Do you want to do a Death Note or not? The problem I have with Death Notes is - sometimes people make them similar to the way they type. So if we are going to do one - we need to make the typing style different from our own.

KingSolomon: It's likely that an Investigative role is going to check me. If the Investigator checks me and I'm framed, I'll show up as the Framer. If this is the case, it's very likely that he will recheck me to find I'm either Sheriff, Mayor or Godfather. I highly doubt that they would consider the option that the Mafia framed their own teammate the first round. However, it's also very likely that the investigative role is a Sheriff, since I'd naturally turn up as "Not Suspicious" to the Sheriff, I'd turn up as a Member of the mafia in case you have me framed. If this would be the case, it's more likely he would reveal me than the chances of the Investigator doing it. 4 / 5 players turms up as Member of the Mafia, and a Framer itself isn't guaranteed. Hence the chances of arguing out of that one is close to impossible. That's exactly why I'd suggest not to frame me. @Host, How long will the first night last? edit: Are we allowed to edit posts in the mafia section?

At this point its hard to speculate roles - so we'll just have to take a "stab" (Pun intended) at people. I'd like to hear Santas thoughts when he gets on as well. We still have pleanty of time to talk it all out.
KingSolomon: Bear in mind that we are going to attack non-outstanding players while we frame the outstanding ones. I for one have no clues who's been and who hasn't been standing out of the crowd during the first day, as I wasn't especially present. My reasoning for this is because lookouts, doctors and Bodyguards are more likely to target them.

KingSolomon: Obiwan, you should think of a counter-strategy in advance imo. While the more experienced would in general skip a round or two before investigating you, to make sure you weren't framed because of your name colour, the newcomers would very likely investigate you as one of their first targets.

ObiWan: If I am investigated it will come up as Veteran or Mafioso. If I do get called out - I would have to claim Veteran - and I can say that I didn't go on alert last night just in case the Transporter decided to transport me (I posted in the thread that I'd appreciate some protection - even by the transporter). If I get investigated by a Sheriff - I can say I was framed because I'm a moderator and people are likely to investigate me in the beginning. And 8flight - We can kill whoever we think is the best target (I just feel bad about killing new players).

Santa07: I'm thinking I should maybe role block someone like Arckas who is taking the charge and might have a fairly powerful role. Since he is asking to protected, he could be a protective role himself as I have seen quite a few people doing that. Yet, I've also seen mafias and neutral killings asking for protection so they are not hindered by doctors or BGs. He could be a neutral killing. Of course, if I did role block him I would definitely put his name in my will if he was SK. I don't think we should kill Panzo just yet, just cause of time zones and he probably won't be as helpful as the others. Datdownie is certainly a possibility. I've noticed that he likes to accuse people a lot when I've played with him. That means there is a chance he will accuse a townie, but also a chance he will accuse one of us. Both Aeolian and Zero are quite experienced, and we could kill either of them I think. I hope that doesnt sound like a horrible plan, but that's my ideas out there.
ObiWan: If Arckas is jailed won't that be a waste of a roleblock? It does make sense - he is a threat to us whether he is town or not. My peg is Town for now. Zero isn't as good as spotting evil roles in my opinion. He does stir things up though. I've never seen Aoelian play - Was he in Ricks game? He may be a good kill target for tonight.
iggyvolz: 4:30 Eastern on Thursday is the end of the night (i.e. no more posting), but I have a surgery scheduled for that date so I won't be able to start the next day until later that evening or Friday. Yep, that's perfectly fine! The problem with editing in the main thread is, let's just say you claim Doctor and one Protective is dead. The second protective dies and you say OH CRAP and edit your claim to Veteran. That's not fair, as people shouldn't be expected to memorize every post. The problem was that even giving the leniency of "if you're not really changing anything, it's OK" made players push the boundaries a bit, so the decision was made to ban editing altogether (game moderators excluded of course). In here, there's no deception between members, so you can edit all you want!

ObiWan: My vote is we kill Aoelian - Roleblock Drake Frame Zero Frame Ender What do you guys think? There's not much info to go on ATM. Or - we could not roleblock anyone. Which is a good option too so the town doesn't know our exact roles - or even has an idea. The tactic has been used in the past. I really wish we had a Janitor or a Consig.

Just pick a random person - possibly someone above. ------ Also - let's say someone is a confirmed Townie - what should we all roleclaim? I might just go for Vet and risk it - but I'm not sure at this point. Doctor could be a claim too. We can't hide behind Citizens anymore - so this should be interesting.

I then said that he's defintely town She responded with that's what you think, so I think that he claiemd either doctor, medium or escort. There's something about Arckas that makes me feel like he's the stalker. I would like to keep him alive if the jailor doesn't die to mafia tonight. Also two bodygaurd claims from Arckas and datdownie. Do you think that we should rb one of them and kill the other? It's the safest bet in my opinion.

Spoiler: iggyvolz: Upon entering the mafia hideout, the mafia realize they are short one member! 8flight is not present! As Salense, the new Godfather, angrily goes to retrieve his (her?) last remaining framer, (s)he sees a note on the door: Please welcome Salense, replacing KingSolomon as the GF! I have not sent out all of KingSolomon's PM's yet but I will do so now.
Salense: Well I am not going to lie this is probably going to be an uphill battle for mafia to win. At this point there are 15 players left, to win we would need to get the town down to less than 10 members. Since 8flight is getting executed we will be down to 3 mafia and a witch. Since I am doused and the arsonist is likely to ignite tonight I am probably dead. With that there will be 2 mafia and one witch. We defiantly need to roleblock TheThief tonight otherwise he will be able to confirm the vigilante. By tomorrow I expect that there will be 11 players left and we will need to get the numbers down to 6 to win. So yeah this is going to be a hard to win situation the good news is that town mainly thinks that Santa and I33t are town I think, so you might be able to avoid getting lynched tomorrow. But we defiantly need to kill a confirmed town tonight.
Santa07: Welcome salense. Now. I have a plan. This will hopefully be okay. As you know, Leyva is dead. And 8flight is probably soon to be dead as well. If we do not follow this plan, I will not be joining tomorrow's night chat, and l33t will not have very long to live either. So We need to kill Zero. Screw that arsonist, we can't wait any longer. I have set this up with my plan. I will be role-blocking TheThief so he doesn't see us. There is also something else. There is a chance by doing this, we will set off the bomb. I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is something we want to happen. The town is too focused on us. We need to take the focus off us. How does that sound?
Santa07: At the moment, I am trusted. Unfortunately, I am being investigated tonight, so yeah... I think a few of them trusted ObiWan, so l33t should be trusted for the time being.
Salense: That plan sounds good but there is one problem I can see. At the moment town believes that the doc was witched and saved Arckas. So I am likely to be witched again tonight, which would cause me to target someone random.
iggyvolz: Salense should have his/her night actions along with all relevant PM's sent or received to or from KingSolomon. You may want to review them.
Santa07: We'll just have to take a risk. If witch does control you, I will threaten wisefoolofdeath.
Salense: Well if we lynch the witch tomorrow our chances of winning drop to Zero. hah, puns XD

Salense: If the sheriff isn't dead by tomorrow then Santa will not be joining the mafia chat the next night. It all depends on what Yak will do as bodyguard, will he follow town's plan or go to who he thinks will be targeted. As for the arsonist he/she probably will ignite thinking he/she is killing the sheriff and the doctor.
