At the end of the day, if there exist ANY votes, whoever has the most votes will be lynched.
If there is a tie, whoever reached that number of votes first will be lynched.

Why is it minus the 51% instead of just 51% of 9? I don't think you're supposed to subtract (it's a .18 difference, so the result is still the same and not at all 7 like you said).

Taking use of the time I have.
Swordsworth doesn't seem to react at me much, in fact it looks like he just severly tries to ignore my case and move on to others. I see this as a Pro-Town reaction, and trust Swordsworth to be Town. To add, Swordsworth is my top town read since his opinions do not set off red flags.
Metrion looks as a scum to me. Partly because he's been fillering his posts, was slacking and mainly managed to produce some posts such as him thinking I'm a village idiot but lacking the capability to explain until asked about it. Not to mention Cow's push basically making alot of sense. Get a claim out of him in the future.
Retral would suicide if he would claim Hades as Scum. I firmly belive he's Town, eventhough he's TOO concentrated on Cyantic.
That being said, Cyantic's aggressivness doesn't ping me as Town much, due to the fact that he shifted targets based on who was the biggest suspect - a scum thing to do, not to mention alot of his posts were useless one liners expanding on a joke, or explaining something explained. Just like Metrion, I belive for Cyantic to not be Town.
Neasans pings me as Town by meta reads and their current play (which is wonky but they are doing this and it serves purpose), and I feel uneasy to see how many people are going against her just because she is flailing and does this all the time.
Elastoid, while they are truly biased and are following only one theory, look Town to me, by the definition that they are not afraid to voice their thoughts - if anything is alarming, it's their overconcentration on me, Neasans and Metrion - check them.
Cow looks Town, as I already said. ASG2, remember?
deferent is scum. He's ever active, posts few opinions, doesn't interact much. He's useless and only tries to appear as someone who's contributing. Scum.
