Based on how hard they are to read, if theyre usually scumread, combined with threat level. With Acidic in the mid as I dont know much about them

Can I ask why you have Uzay in third and Hyena in ninth? Unless I'm reading this list in the wrong order, I think I'd switch the two on here.

No, that's not what I said. I said let's assume that there was 1 conf scum between them for the exercise that we were doing (making a PoE of three people assuming for not that the fourth was between those two). What are you trying to do, Ejji? XD

I don't know if there's 1 scum among them. o: What I was trying to do is make a PoE and I concluded a 3 person one would work just as decently for the active players right now as it would a 4 person one because at the time, we couldn't really get a read on either HiM or Acidic.

I town-read uzay for a lack of agenda
his posts at the beginning of the game seemed to indicate that he doesn’t really care who gets pushed and was just doing his own thing
That read has started to wane recently. While there isn’t anything I’d directly scum-read him for, I don’t get the feeling that he’s “ok with anyone” anymore and I can’t track his thought process easily (like with mist, or kosmo recently).

Like, mist tends to make reads completely unrelated to the game state and who is scum-read atm.
I got the same feeling from kosmo’s push on me recently.
Ignoring the game state seems like a decent sign of not being bothered by their possible “scummates” being lynched

On the other hand uzay doesn’t seem to get reads in the same way. When he posts reads, it’s mostly about players who were already talked about...
So basically, instead of constantly looking for scum, he could only be doing it when he feels “the townies would want to see it”

I've only noticed Uzay latching on to the "Zorua is scum" reads that other people have been throwing out. Makes me feel like he's just parroting it. Does that fit into "talking about players who were already talked about"?

Uzay's reads don't feel agenda'd and felt like they have a drive to solve players instead of throwing them into boxes but not super confident about that
Ezra's tone is very much better than Tangram and Bayonetta but their content is neither here nor there, also wouldn't shoot for now

Ezra’s recent posts were just simply empty. It feels more as if they’re stating facts to have some sort of contribution than actually thinking about what they’re doing
Their thought process being shallow doesn’t really help either

Phone writing mainly about mechanics and focusing so much on pure contribution, rather than “effectively getting reads” could be a sign of aiming for town-creed.

gave a read on zorua when it was relevant
quite a bit of what looked like ISO dives, not a lot of spontaneous solving

in general, I got a vibe that he didn’t seem to scum-hunt on his own, only periodically when he thought he should voice his opinion on something

I’m not sure how AI this is but at the very least, he’s not scum-hunting naturally

Near's icy gaze fell onto Mello. Mello is taken aback, alarmed by this sudden change in posture.

"How poetic." He continues. "I'm sure you thought yourself VERY clever. After all, Mello spent his entire life trying to get the better of me. He hated me because he thought I was smarter and better than him in every way at the academy. So you probably thought this was a no brainer."

"I don't- Near, what are you saying?!" Mello stutters, with a tear forming in his eye.

"Don't insult me." Near cuts him off. "I'm objectively the most intelligent person in this room right now, so stop pretending like I don't know what I'm talking about. Whoever you are, you killed Mello some time ago, and then took on his identity. From there, you decided to play the antagonist, just as Mello always would. But you complete idiot. You don't think I would recognize the only person in this room who I grew up around for all this time?!"

"Near, yes! Exactly!" Mello begs. "We've known each other since we were kids! And you still get on my nerves all the goddamn time, but I never doubted that you're too smart for this!"

"You will stop making a mockery of one of the only two people I respect THIS INSTANT." Near demands, taking the note and a pen into his hands. "Shinigami, you know I'm correct. After I'm done writing this name into the book, after it is revealed that Mello has already been killed, I would like the name of the real person before me. In 40 seconds, if I recall."

"Please! For the love of god, Near, will you just listen to me for once in your goddamn life?!" Mello shrieks hysterically. "Don't do this, and just accept that you got it wrong!"

"Cause of death: Failure to write the name of a Kira in this Death Note." Near's voice cuts him off, as his pen starts moving. "If I were wrong, I'd already be dead. You've lost."

"AAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" Mello screams and sobs, as his hand rips toward his pocket.

BANG!

One final horrified look broke the teenager's face, as Near drops to the ground, blood oozing from a new hole in his head. The rest of you scream and shriek as your eyes fall to Mello, and the gun that was still smoking after killing the only person you trusted.

Mello breaks down crying as he rips the Death Note and Pen out of Near's dead hands. "You bloody idiot! You never could admit being wrong on any puzzle you screwed up! But the stakes were so much higher this time... why couldn't you just LISTEN?!?!"

"He was about to write down your name!" One of you demands. "How do you possibly expect us to let you live and be okay with this when you should be dead right now?!"

"That's right!" Another of you agrees. "What's to stop someone like Kira from pulling this exact trick?!"

Mello wipes the tears from his eyes and glares at all of you hatingly. "Shut up. The rest of you are still too stupid to understand, huh? The person's name in this notebook will die. They will die by their listed cause of death. Well, Near just died. Why? Because he got it wrong. I'm not Kira, and I don't work for Kira."

Then he shows the Notebook to the rest of you, to the new name written in the note, flecked by Near's blood:

MIHAEL KEEHL ~ Cause of death, failure to write the name of a Kira in this notebook.

"He already wrote my name in this book. I just wrote my own cause of death." He explains, wiping his face one last time. "Now I won't die of a heart attack in about 10 seconds. But, I'm still a dead man walking, just like Near was. And he may have gotten this one wrong. But make no mistake. Killing my best friend will come with a price. And the people responsible for this, I want you to know personally- I already know that I'm bound for Hell. But I will drag each of you down there with me, if it's the last thing I do!"
