I personally don't think that voting Elusive over activity is the best idea, especially since they've been up-front about it. I'm mostly speaking from experience here, since a lot of the time when I SR someone over inactivity (*cough* *cough* Thauy *cough* *cough*) I end up being wrong.

I think it's best to lynch someone that we're all sure is scum now, since it gives us more room for error later on. I'm 100% sure Cob is scum here (their wall was made after it was pointed out that they haven't been trying to NoLynch, and it doesn't even mention NoLynching anyway), so I'll be staying on them for the time being.
