That's the general agreement.
In order to hit uzay they'd have to attack sparking
And to attack Sparking they had to target uzay.

So my thing here is whom here in the cit pool is unlikely to be a n2 target to mafia if neither of the above two are correct.

So in looking at this I think Hereis and chemist would be the highest likely choices for Stalker being hit by mafia if it's not Debil or Sparking
