It seems I Will be The one to say How to enable that.

1. Open board preferences in User Control Panel
2. Find "my date format" in "Edit Global Settings "
3. Set it to custom. That Will open a text-box under.
4. There Will be some letters written in it . If it is default , there Will be g:i written on it . Change "g:i" with "g:i:s" If it is not g:i , Than it should be sth Like h:i , H:i , or G:i . Again , add :s to The right of :i without space.
5. That Will enable You seconds , it Will be displayed as hour:minute:second . If You want hour:minute.second format ( 11:10.27 instead 11:10:27 ) , add .s instead :s .
6.Enjoy
7.If You are curious Why We are not including miliseconds as well , You can include them with .v . But it isnt measured , means it Will always display as 000 . (Yeah I tried that )
