you're right, i should have made sure i posted that message which would garner the exact same effect one minute earlier in anticipation that i would receive an overly austere punishment, since after all you were overlooking the game

You are correct, you should have posted the message at a time when it would be legal and thus would not be breaking the law in a way that required paddling
