i'm assuming since nightkill is assigned that you wouldn't be able to neighborize and nk at the same time
which should probably be verified with chit because i don't trust that his interpretation of things is the standard
at which point all that matters is that you successfully neighborize, and the person you neighborize will claim that it was successful

It can't comfirm reds but if 1. Crimson doesnt claim neighborized and theres still a kill you can kill me. 2. If there isnt a kill and Crimson doesnt claim neighborized theres guarenteed 1 scum between me and crimson.
