Why check this?
There is a good chance that at least 1 scum had a townpeek on Jackson and was afraid if scum!Watchme was being lynched D1 therefore they pushed Jackson's wagon instead. Same applies for D4 where they knew Jackson wagon was a safe kill for scum.

In an hour I will check these two's votes for the wagon

0ver was appareantly a vote on the wagon as well, so it had at least 3 villas
