Yes, if you get lynched you can AND SHOULD kill a boi. In fact, whoever does get lynch should choose to kill someone, and it probably would be wise to keep it a secret who you'd kill in this case just so that it doesn't influence who pushes who right now. Other people can make suggestions on who to kill though if they want to.
