Ongoing game machine broke

tl;dr
CatgirlMaple account was breached, and deleted a bunch of threads
Both ongoing games were hit, along with the completed games VFM60-62, SFM66, and 19E
Also a few odds and ends like a bunch of rules threads, the role cards, and the game archive
The threads can't be recovered, so we'll just rebuild the ones that can rebuilt, and let the hosts for the ongoing games determine how they want to handle their games.
