Option to disable animations

On lower powered PCs, extra animations like the will popping up, the chat sliding up, etc cause noticable extra lag. It would be nice to have an option to disable these to instantly just popup and close like the Notes button does.

It's not an issue that I've encountered myself, but it'd be a nice feature for people with older computers.

Not if the vSync settings in your game don't match the vSync settings on your graphics card.

Especially with an older pc, there is no need to enable vSync, especially for games like ToS that aren't all that graphical.

Another regular cause of ingame lag is not having your drivers and OS up to date, running too many programs at once, downloading stuff, having multiple Google Chrome tabs open, AV/Malware scanners and so on and so forth.
